Various cancer tests

It is now possible to examine cancer cells before they become malignant

At our hospital, we perform CTC (circulating cancer cell) tests, CSC (circulating cancer stem cell) tests, and cancer gene tests, which can detect cancer cells at an earlier stage than imaging tests such as PET and CT or tumor markers. Ultra-early detection of cancer allows early detection of recurrence and metastasis, and is also useful as a regular checkup after cancer treatment.

By detecting cancer at an extremely early stage,

Ensuring time for treatment

Selecting treatment methods that put less strain on the body

Improved cure rate through early detection and treatment of cancer cells

Some of the benefits include:

Sun Clinic Breast Care/Immunocare

Ultra-early cancer screening and cancer risk screening conducted at our hospital

Cancer stem cell testing (CTC testing, CSC testing)

Measuring the number of CTCs (circulating tumor cells) and CSCs (circulating cancer stem cells) in the blood provides an indication of the possibility of recurrence or metastasis, prognosis, and how much post-operative treatment is required.

Microarray Blood Test

It can simultaneously test for four types of digestive system cancer: biliary tract cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer. It has a high test accuracy of 90%, including early detection.

Saliva-based cancer risk testing

It can check the possibility of having six types of cancer: oral cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer.

Amino Index Test

Since the balance of amino acid concentrations differs between healthy people and people with cancer, cancer risk can be assessed by statistically analyzing these differences.

Micro CTC Inspection

This test detects only highly malignant "mesenchymal cancer cells" that have undergone epithelial-mesenchymal transition with extremely high accuracy among CTCs. It can be used to confirm whether cancer has progressed anywhere in the body or the risk of it progressing in the future.

Proteo® test (ultra-early cancer risk test)

This test uses just one drop of blood to detect cancer from stage 0. It measures and quantifies minute amounts of cancer-related substances that dissolve into the blood, and classifies and assesses the risk of cancer into three levels.

Cancer Gene Testing

By examining genes circulating in the blood and genetic abnormalities in blood mononuclear cells, it is possible to evaluate the risk of the presence of minute cancers that are difficult to detect through diagnostic imaging.

MiRTeL Test (MirTest)

It is a genetic test that can be done using only blood. There are two types of MiRTeL tests: the "Telomere Test" aimed at disease prevention, and the "Mir Test" which focuses on early detection of cancer.
